Air conditioning had a electrical issue within less than an hour owners had a technician on scene repairs we corrected within the hour very professional quick response and no other complaints beautiful property and great location thank you for allowing me and my family to make great memories

This is a great property in a great location. It is family-friendly, with plenty of room and amenities for the kids... or grandkids... and plenty of space to fish from the dock. We highly recommend the Salty Pelican.

Great stay for large group
The space was great for a large group. Everybody had plenty of room. Being on the water was a plus and having the tree out back for some shade was welcome. The house was stocked well with all we needed with an additional refrigerator down stairs. Having the use of the kayaks was great and thoroughly enjoyed.
